The Group's third-party landscape continues to expand in scale and complexity, with increasing regulatory expectations relating to outsourcing, operational resilience, data protection, financial crime, and supplier governance The Third-Party Risk Administrator role is a foundational component of a scalable and defensible TPRM capability. Approval is requested to formally recognize and embed this role within the Group's TPRM operating model. As the TPRM framework matures, dedicated administrative capability is required to support consistent execution, workflow discipline, and evidence management across onboarding, periodic reviews, and ongoing monitoring. responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of third-party risk processes The role supports business owners, procurement, and specialist risk functions by ensuring that third-party risk assessments, due diligence, approvals, and reviews are executed efficiently and in accordance with Group policy The Third-Party Risk Administrator is accountable for process execution, coordination, and data integrity. The role improves onboarding and review cycle times, enhances data quality and audit readiness, reduces rework and duplication, increases transparency across the third-party lifecycle, and supports regulatory compliance without creating unnecessary business friction. Key responsibilities include: Administering onboarding and review workflows, Coordinating due diligence activities Tracking progress and escalations Maintaining accurate third-party risk records Supporting periodic reviews Remediation tracking Preparing governance reporting Maintaining audit-ready evidence. Y ou will be an ideal candidate if you have: Prefered Qualification: Relevant Certication, Diploma or Degree Experience: 3 Years of experience in 3rd Party Risk Administration.
