Key Responsibilities

Mandatory

  • Experience working within a software or technical support setting.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic networking principles.
  • Working knowledge of hosted environments (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft SQL administration fundamentals.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software, system, and integration issues using established procedures and diagnostic tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to accurately document cases, actions, and follow ups within the support CRM.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of batch scripting or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of legal trust accounting systems.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Behavioural & Soft Skills

  • Entry level technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner) beneficial but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical users.
  • Excellent listening skills and a customer first mindset.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multi task effectively.
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
