Key ResponsibilitiesMandatory
- Experience working within a software or technical support setting.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic networking principles.
- Working knowledge of hosted environments (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft SQL administration fundamentals.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software, system, and integration issues using established procedures and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Ability to accurately document cases, actions, and follow ups within the support CRM.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL scripting.
- Basic knowledge of batch scripting or PowerShell.
- Understanding of legal trust accounting systems.

Behavioural & Soft Skills
- Entry level technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner) beneficial but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical users.
- Excellent listening skills and a customer first mindset.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multi task effectively.
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
