The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Technical & Ops Supervisor to oversee our technical and administrative operations. The main purpose of this position is to supervise and optimize the output of our Technicians and Service Controllers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and control allocated Technicians and Service Controllers, ensuring work quality meets our high standards.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day office administrative functions, including leave scheduling, orders, job cards, and office administration.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain contractor packs, personnel medicals, and site inductions. Act as the first line of support for incidents, accidents, or customer escalations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality and completeness of installations, and complete SES Planned Task observations as required.
- Fleet Management: Ensure allocated Ctrack fleet vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company requirements.
- Talent Development: Identify staff training needs and proactively facilitate development opportunities.
- Financial Admin: Oversee the signing off on invoices and managing client requests efficiently.
- Technical Excellence & Detail: Strong understanding of technical procedures, with the ability to conduct meticulous quality inspections.
- Effective Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills across teams, management, and clients.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to quickly identify operational challenges, find proactive solutions, and adapt smoothly to changing project requirements.
- Safety First Mindset: A deeply rooted commitment to upholding strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- MS Teams: Advanced proficiency.
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate proficiency.
- CRM Systems: Intermediate proficiency.
- Education: Minimum Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant supervisory or operations experience.
- License: Valid Driver's License is essential.
- Advantageous: Prior experience with Ctrack-related software.
