Key Accountabilities • Provide leadership for the implementation of improvement projects, plans, technics, tools and quality standards across sites. • Coordinate and lead the creation of related policies for plants in alignment with manufacturing technology governance. • Support the application of work processes as designed within the specific manufacturing technology domain. • Provide manufacturing technology expertise to plants, partnering with local teams and subject matter experts to identify and resolve root causes to emerging issues. • Act as a resource for plants on current safety standards and enhance the future safety of our facilities. • Lead the deployment of risk management practices and safeguards within a specific manufacturing technology, understanding safety, process safety, food safety, regulatory and environmental standards, policies and codes. • Identify opportunities and gaps in required levels of specific manufacturing technology knowledge, expertise and experiences and provide coaching to talent. • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
