Description • Perform general groundskeeping and landscaping duties, including park maintenance and cemetery care. • Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and blowers. • Assist in preparing grave sites, including digging, backfilling, and cleanup. • Install burial markers, memorials, outer burial containers, and foundations. • Complete work orders related to grave and marker maintenance as requested by client families. • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues. • Set up and break down sites for services (tents, chairs, artificial turf, etc.). • Ensure burial areas are maintained in accordance with company standards (tamping, seeding, sodding). • Follow all company safety protocols and Universal Precautions. • Complete required Dignity training and uphold Dignity Memorial Promise standards. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
