AS A GROUNDSKEEPING LABORER
You will create beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties. You will safely operate commercial-grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.
GROUNDSKEEPING LABORER DUTIES INCLUDE
• Operating vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snowblowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.

QUALIFICATIONS WE LOOK FOR
• Previous experience in landscape or similar industry.
• Knowledge and ability to use landscape-related tools (i.e. mowers, trimmers, blowers. etc.)
• Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a plus.

Job Summary

Compensation Details
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Fullerton Hills, CA is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

• Maintain Trash Areas: Clean and organize trash storage zones and manage trash/recycling containers—pulling them out and returning them per the pickup schedule.
• Resident Communication: Help with distributing notices and flyers to residents as needed to support community communication and operations.
• Team Support: Work closely with the maintenance and management team to help the property run smoothly.
What You’ll Bring:
• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or exterior maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and small power equipment safely and effectively
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Dependability and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions

Description
• Perform general groundskeeping and landscaping duties, including park maintenance and cemetery care.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and blowers.
• Assist in preparing grave sites, including digging, backfilling, and cleanup.
• Install burial markers, memorials, outer burial containers, and foundations.
• Complete work orders related to grave and marker maintenance as requested by client families.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues.
• Set up and break down sites for services (tents, chairs, artificial turf, etc.).
• Ensure burial areas are maintained in accordance with company standards (tamping, seeding, sodding).
• Follow all company safety protocols and Universal Precautions.
• Complete required Dignity training and uphold Dignity Memorial Promise standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
