Position Details
Join a fun, creative team–and women-owned small business–located in the heart of Charlottesville. Our bakery-cafe offers eight different flavors of cake by the slice each month, in addition to whole cakes, savory fare and more.
Production Specialist to join our kitchen team with a focus on high volume baking, with additional support in all areas of production from batter and frostings to cake assembly to our weekly tea service prep.
Minimum 1-2 years preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Early Morning Bakers to join their team!
Crumbl Cookies is looking for an early morning baker/dough maker that is available during the hours of 5am-2pm Monday - Saturday, we are closed Sunday but we also have shifts that can be worked on Sunday. We make all of our cookies from scratch and need someone who is dependable and hard-working, who has attention to detail. Applicant must also be competent in following a recipe. Energy, focus and speed are necessary for success in this role. A dough maker should be comfortable working in a high performance, target driven environment while promoting team work and efficiency. Training offered on the job, no previous bakery experience necessary.
Signing Bonus being offered upon these conditions: $50 bonus after 60 days of employment, $100 after 90 days of employment.***
• ** Average weekly hours: at least 15 hours per week to full time, no unexcused absences, high quality of work, consistent positive attitude required.
Responsibilities include:
• Work quickly while accurately following a recipe
• Quickly ball freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the day
• Frost sugar cookies
• Work with a team to accurately complete tasks

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
