Job Description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Workshop Assistant within the Trade division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary

This job involves assisting with basic equipment maintenance and repairs; cleaning parts and the entire workshop; organising all tools and stock; and conducting physical stock counts.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks and repairs on equipment
  • Load and off-load equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and prepare parts and equipment for servicing
  • Organise and store tools, parts, and consumables in the workshop
  • Conduct physical stock counts and report discrepancies
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workshop and yard area
  • Ensure proper waste disposal in line with workshop standards
  • Comply with safety regulations and company procedures at all times
  • Be available to work overtime or weekends when operationally required
Qualifications and Skills
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
