Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Workshop Assistant within the Trade division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Job SummaryThis job involves assisting with basic equipment maintenance and repairs; cleaning parts and the entire workshop; organising all tools and stock; and conducting physical stock counts.
Responsibilities and Duties- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and repairs on equipment
- Load and off-load equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and prepare parts and equipment for servicing
- Organise and store tools, parts, and consumables in the workshop
- Conduct physical stock counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workshop and yard area
- Ensure proper waste disposal in line with workshop standards
- Comply with safety regulations and company procedures at all times
- Be available to work overtime or weekends when operationally required
- Matric / Grade 12
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
