A well-established farm in the KZN Midlands is looking for an experienced and hands on Workshop and Maintenance Foreman to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a fully equipped farm workshop (stock control, tools, and equipment maintenance)
  • Service and maintain tractors
  • Service and maintain pumps and irrigation systems
  • Maintain farm equipment and implements
  • General workshop support for farm and dairy operations
  • Welding and fabrication
Requirements:
  • Competent in welding
  • Fluent in English and Zulu
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Able to organise and oversee staff when required
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Relevant technical qualification advantageous (certificates required)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
