A well-established farm in the KZN Midlands is looking for an experienced and hands on Workshop and Maintenance Foreman to join their team.
Responsibilities:- Manage a fully equipped farm workshop (stock control, tools, and equipment maintenance)
- Service and maintain tractors
- Service and maintain pumps and irrigation systems
- Maintain farm equipment and implements
- General workshop support for farm and dairy operations
- Welding and fabrication
- Competent in welding
- Fluent in English and Zulu
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to organise and oversee staff when required
- Valid driver's licence
- Relevant technical qualification advantageous (certificates required)
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
