Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE

To ensure the delivery of business growth targets for Credit Limit Increases (CLI) by proactively managing the performance, quality, motivation and day-to-day operational activities of the CLI team.

  • Motivate and lead the team
Requirements

Functional Competencies

  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Minimum Qualification

  • Certificate in Contact Centre or Leadership - preferable

Experience Required

  • Previous leadership experience, with a strong focus on coaching and development of team members - advantageous
  • Proven track record in a target driven environment: New Business and Sales
  • Experience in an outbound contact centre environment, preferable 2-3 years' experience in a Contact Centre environment
