You will
  • Oversee personalized guest welcomes and provide discreet, tailor made service throughout their stay to ensure an unforgettable experience
  • Lead and coordinate front office teams while ensuring clear communication within and across departments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between your team and guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Monitor economic performance and optimize budgets while developing local sales (opportunities such as upgrades and additional services)
  • Guarantee exceptional quality of service by ensuring compliance with ClubMed hygiene and safety standards and maintaining facilities and equipment in perfect condition

As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job.
