Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to join our team in Boksburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-friendly websites that support brand identity and business goals. This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually appealing, responsive website layouts for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Create web assets such as banners, landing pages, icons, and UI elements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate briefs into effective web designs.
  • Ensure websites are user-focused, intuitive, and aligned with current UX/UI best practices.
  • Update, maintain, and improve existing websites based on feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
  • Maintain consistency across websites and digital brand touch points.
  • Manage multiple web design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating web-focused design work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Own laptop.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
Advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
  • Qualification in Web Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
