Technical Maintenance & Performance
  • Manage plugins, troubleshoot issues, improve security, and maintain hosting environments. You will also be responsible for strengthening mobile responsiveness.
Technical SEO Support
  • While not the primary SEO lead, you will support the SEO Specialist by implementing technical recommendations, managing schema, optimizing site speed, and maintaining an SEO-aligned site structure.
  • Provide insights on performance and collaborate closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to prioritize enhancements.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Web Development, IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Advanced WordPress training or certifications are highly beneficial.
  • 3-5 years in website development

  • A strong track record in UX, CRO, and performance optimization. CRO training is beneficial.
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and a drive for innovation.
  • You pay close attention to detail and are comfortable working with independence.
  • You approach challenges with initiative and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • You have high stress tolerance, optimism, and the ability to exercise reality testing.
