Our client is seeking a Service Technician for their team in Stellenbosch.

• Matric or equivalent
• Driver's License
• Plumbing and pipe fitting knowledge & experience not negotiable
• English with Afrikaans preferred
• Willingness to travel preferred
• Knowledge of Water filtration plants will be an advantage
• Electrical experience advantageous
• Borehole experience advantageous

• Client communication and site inspections.
• Servicing of our Water filtration plants, i.e. knowledge of membranes, bag filters, pumps and motors.
• Chemical handling
• Plumbing experience / Pipe fitting experience
• Perform all diagnostics and analyses to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely, efficient manner.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain water purification equipment.
• Maintenance of plants on site
• Fault finding and repairs on site.
• Complete the job task checklist accurately and on time.
• Assist other employees with product and equipment delivery and installation.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with the office, co-workers and customers to maintain positive public relations for the company.
• Basic computer experience
• Basic Electrical knowledge
• Must be able to operate independently
