Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator / Clerk based in Centurion, Gauteng to join a well-established motor dealership.
Proven experience in warranty administration
Experience within a motor dealership / franchise dealership environment is essential
Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies and procedures
Experience working on dealer management systems (DMS) is essential
Strong administration and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced service department
Key Responsibilities:- Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timeously
- Ensuring all supporting documentation complies with OEM requirements
- Following up on outstanding claims and queries with manufacturers
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions and approvals
- Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and management
