- Identify fraudulent claims
- Monitoring and maintaining warranty documents
- Gr 12 (Matric)
- Must have warranty submission and process knowledge
- Hyundai, Kia and Mercedes-Benz warranty knowledge will be an advantage
- Must have knowledge of vehicles and parts
