Job Description

As the Operations Manager: Warehouse, you are the heartbeat of a fast paced, purpose driven distribution environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork come together to deliver excellence every single day. You'll lead the end to end warehouse operation, ensuring stock flows seamlessly from receiving to dispatch while service levels, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently exceeded. Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management, preferably within an FMCG environment
  • At least 3 years' proven managerial or people leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and transportation processes
  • Hands on experience with WMS and ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, stock accuracy, and space optimisation
  • Experience managing operational and cost budgets
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations (ISO experience advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
