GC Solar is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented WarehouseDispatcher to manage the daily dispatch operations from our Johannesburgwarehouse. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinatingoutgoing deliveries, preparing dispatch documentation, and ensuring theaccurate and timely movement of goods to clients and branches.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Coordination

• Scheduleand coordinate daily dispatches for outgoing deliveries.
  
• Prepareaccurate dispatch documentation, including delivery notes and packingslips.
  
• Ensureall goods are correctly picked, packed, and ready for delivery.
  

Driver & Route Management

• Briefdrivers on delivery routes, customer requirements, and safety protocols.
  
• Trackand follow up on deliveries to ensure completion and address any delays.
  
• Communicatewith logistics partners and internal teams regarding scheduling ordelivery updates.
  

Warehouse & Stock Support

• Assistwith inventory checks, stock counts, and loading/unloading activities.
  
• Reportany discrepancies or damages identified during dispatch.
  
• Supportgeneral warehouse operations as needed during off-peak dispatch times.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintainaccurate dispatch records and update delivery statuses.
  
• Ensurecompliance with internal dispatch procedures and safety protocols.
  

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

• Matric(Grade 12) minimum.
  
• Certificateor diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management is an advantage.
  

Experience

• Minimum2 years' experience in a dispatch or warehouse coordination role.
  
• Experiencein a technical product environment or the solar/electrical industry isbeneficial.
  

Skills

• Strongorganizational and time-management skills.
  
• Excellentcommunication skills with attention to detail.
  
• Familiaritywith delivery documentation and dispatch workflows.
  
• Abilityto work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  

Additional Requirements

• Validdriver's license.
  
• Physicallyfit and comfortable assisting with dispatch and loading tasks.
