We are proudly part of Japan Post - Picking, Checking and Packing of orders according to Invoice/IBT/Transfer or Pick Slip) Picking, Checking and Packing of orders according to barcode, SKU code, Product Code, Description and Quantity Re-working of relevant stock which includes bundling, FPB's, re-barcoding or any other AD-Hoc duties Binning of stock from Inbound, bundled or new shipments All orders to be clearly marked with the Client's name, invoice number and number of boxes or pallets. Order/s are to be accompanied with an invoice or a Toll manual document Cycle and wall to wall stock counts Outbound and Inbound reporting Use and management of Toll WMS scanners Must be able to complete any/all physical tasks relating to the warehouse i.e. wrapping of pallets, loading and offloading of containers or vehicles as well as working at heights (man up safety cage on reach truck). Housekeeping - ensure that the warehouse is clean at all times and in accordance with the Toll procedure Safety - adherence to the company's safety regulations and reporting of hazards/incidents to Supervisors or Management Security - ensure adherence to Toll's security procedures and policies IT - ensure adherence to Toll's IT policies Ensuring that relevant warehouse documentation has been completed and submitted to the relevant partiesAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
