(Full-time/ permanent role based in Worcester City)

We're a growing, forward-thinking creative full-service agency producing world class video content for an exciting mix of clients, brands, and global events. Now, we're on the hunt for a Videographer to join our team and help us keep raising the bar.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our talented team of filmmakers, creators, and big thinkers, you'll:

  • Create innovative, story led content for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Film on location across the UK and internationally
  • Work in our studio on pre recorded and live broadcast projects
  • Collaborate with senior creatives to bring ideas to life
  • Take projects from concept through to final delivery
  • Capture standout content at large scale international events
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality
  • Adapt your style to suit different brands and guidelines

Who You Are

You're not just technical - you're creative, curious, and always looking for a better shot, angle, or idea.

You'll likely have:

  • Experience with professional cameras (Blackmagic or similar)
  • Strong skills in lighting, sound, and location shoots
  • Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • A keen eye for detail and high quality edits
  • The ability to work collaboratively and respond to feedback
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques
  • Excellent initiative and problem solving skills
  • A full UK driving licence, valid passport, and willingness to travel
  • Have experience with Photoshop and Adobe Aftereffects
  • Understand live broadcast or streaming techniques
  • Have worked in a studio environment
