Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor & Business Support
    • Support Vendor Managers in onboarding new vendors and managing assigned vendors and subcategories
    • Act as a point of coordination between vendors and internal teams for routine queries and follow-ups
    • Assist with execution of joint business plans and marketing activities
  • Data, Reporting & Analysis
    • Support forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on vendor and subcategory performance
    • Assist with basic pricing, margin, and ROI analysis to support commercial decisions
    • Track KPIs such as in-stock rates, purchase orders, and sales performance
  • Operational Execution
    • Assist with Purchase Order management and in-stock analysis
    • Support inventory health checks and supply chain initiatives
    • Help identify risks related to availability, pricing, or content quality
  • Online Merchandising & Content
    • Review and optimize product listings for accuracy, completeness, and customer relevance
    • Support new product launches, ensuring correct setup and visibility
    • Assist with merchandising and marketing execution to drive awareness and conversion
    • Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, and marketing
    • Support cross-category initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in vendor support, buying, category management, or operations (retail or e-commerce advantageous)
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with basic understanding of pricing, margins, and KPIs
  • Exposure to purchase orders, inventory management, and in-stock analysis
  • Good attention to detail, especially with product content and online merchandising
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Well-organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
