Position: Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA

Location: Lawley

Salary: £48,000 OTE

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and create repair estimates using Audatex software
  • Deliver precise assessments in line with industry standards
  • Support efficient repair scheduling and profitability through professional service
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly
  • Collaborate with workshop teams to meet manufacturer repair specifications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with industry regulations
Qualifications & Skills
  • ATA qualified (preferred) or equivalent (NVQ, IMI, SVQ)
  • Experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA in a busy accident repair or body shop environment
  • Strong understanding of repair techniques and current industry standards
  • Proficient in using Audatex estimating software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player committed to delivering high standards and service
