We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with strong experience designing digital experiences for enterprise portals, particularly on Salesforce Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate is creative, customer-obsessed, and skilled at crafting intuitive interfaces and journeys that drive meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimise user journeys, wireframes, and UI components for customer and partner-facing Experience Cloud portals.

  • Apply human-centered design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and visually aligned user experiences.

  • Conduct journey mapping, usability research, and insights analysis to inform design decisions.

  • Enhance customer experience through guided workflows, streamlined navigation, and 360 experience views aligned to standards BR-03 and BR-04.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation fidelity.

  • Maintain and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and brand-aligned components across digital touchpoints.

  • Conduct usability testing, reviews, and stakeholder workshops to validate and refine solutions.

  • Deliver high-quality design artefacts that align with enterprise UX guidelines and accessibility standards.

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Design, UX, HCI, or related field.

  • NN/g Certification (Nielsen Norman Group).

  • 6+ years' experience in UX/UI design within digital platforms, ideally financial services.

  • Proven experience designing for Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.

  • Strong capability in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

  • Solid understanding of human-centered design, journey mapping, and component-based UI systems.

  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating portal design, workflow optimisation, and user experience enhancements.
