Job Description

Title: US Sales Team Leader

Location: Century City

Salary: Negotiable

Hybrid or In-office: In-office (late shift coverage required)

About the Company:

Our client is a high-growth, performance-driven organisation operating within a fast-paced sales environment. They are scaling rapidly and are seeking commercially astute leaders who can elevate both people and performance.

Why Join Them:

This is a genuine opportunity for accelerated career progression. The right individual will be recognised as a true "needle mover" - someone who can shape culture, drive output, and build a high-performing sales engine. The package is flexible for proven talent, and progression opportunities are significant for those who deliver.

About the Role:

Our client is aggressively seeking a US experienced Team Leader / Campaign Manager with a strong background in hardcore sales environments. This is a hands on leadership role requiring someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and can energise a late shift operation.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance across US-focused campaigns, coaching and motivating teams, and creating an environment that "hums" with energy and productivity. This role demands resilience, personality, and the ability to maintain high output during late working hours aligned to US time zones.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience leading US-focused sales teams or campaigns
  • Strong background in high-volume, target-driven sales environments
  • Demonstrable ability to drive revenue and exceed KPIs
  • Exceptional leadership presence with natural authority and charisma
  • Resilience and stamina to operate effectively during late shifts
  • Ability to coach, develop and performance-manage team members
  • Track record of improving campaign results and operational efficiency
  • Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of sales metrics and conversion levers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambitious growth environment

This role would suit a high-energy operator who takes ownership, drives standards, and can transform momentum into measurable growth.
