Job Description
Overview 
To plan, lead, organize and control all aspects and activities within sealer and wax to ensure the daily achievements of targets (Quality, Volume, Cost, Safety and Availability) and continuous improvement through the supervision of direct associates, coaching of process supporters and all line activities while improving all relevant standards.
Key Accountabilities- Safety- Adherence to OHSA, reporting near misses.
- Quality - QZS, QZF, RWM.
- Delivery- UPH Target.
- Cost- Managing consumables and scrap.
- Minimum 6 years in Paint Shop Production or Process role.
- Knowledge of company policies and guidelines.
- Deciding and initiating action.
- Planning and organising. Leading and supervising.
