Umhlanga. An exciting career opportunity exists for a high-performing, analytical graduate with 1-2 years' experience within an FMCG or Retail Head Office environment, specifically dealing with stock or product sales analysis.

This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a long-term career within a successful national retail chain. A keen interest in make-up, beauty or cosmetics is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with stock allocations to stores and monitor stock balances across branches
  • Analyse sales and stock data to support planning decisions
  • Create and maintain store grading for allocations
  • Update item projections for core product lines
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Excel-based reports
  • Liaise with Beauty Brands regarding stock and sales performance
  • Support new store promotions and analyse performance
  • Handle store queries and provide analytical support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Finance, Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain)
  • Matric with Higher Grade / Core Mathematics
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience within FMCG or Retail (stock analysis / planning)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Solutions-oriented with lateral thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
