Trainee Finance & Insurance Manager

NTT VW Stellenbosch is currently seeking an energetic Bachelor of Commerce graduate who is interested in building a very dynamic and rewarding career in the motor industry with specific focus on a Financial & Insurance Position.

The successful candidate will assist the Finance & Insurance Manager with all admin related tasks for example:

• Loading of new finance applications and submit to all banks for approval;
• Request settlement letters from banks;
• Request NATIS documents from banks;
• Facilitate the signing of bank finance contracts by customers;
• Scan all required documents onto the NTT Archive;
• Collect all outstanding debtors before month end;
• Perform weekly reconciliation between NTT Fin and Accounting software.
