This opportunity is designed specifically for the unemployed youth of South Africa who are eager to break into the retail sector, gain a formal qualification, and earn a monthly stipend while doing so.

This is not just a temporary job; it is a structured 12-month training programme that combines classroom-based theory with practical, on-the-job experience. By the end of the year, successful candidates will walk away with a National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations (NQF Level 2), a qualification that is highly respected by employers across the country.

In today's competitive job market, having "experience" is often the biggest hurdle for young seekers. This programme removes that barrier by providing:

• Formal Education: You will learn the mechanics of retail, from supply chain logistics to customer psychology.
