Are you someone who can: Manage testing of industry projects Attend and participate in industry meetings to enhance SME knowledge ME support to FirstRand BUs, in collaboration with S&S business Analysis of industry requirements + Understand impact to S&S solutions + Define internal S&S industry test scenarios + Understand the end-to-end flows across FirstRand Test Execution + Review of industry test cases + Testing of S&S solutions + Leverage automation tools and frameworks to constantly improve testing efficiency and accuracy. + Ensure S&S Test Analysts (TAs) assigned to projects deliver on their scope of work; although they are not direct reports, they will have a dotted-line accountability to this role for project execution. Review of industry test cases Close collaboration with S&S Project Manager for escalations, risk tracking and mitigation + Identification of risks Close collaboration and alignment with Project Managers and Test Analysts from impacted FirstRand BUs + Facilitate test reviews and feedback sessions with BUs + Investigations and support of FirstRand BUs during industry testing + Tracking of end-to-end testing progress and reporting for FirstRand to industry Collaboration with external stakeholders, including regulators, clearing houses, and peer institutions. + Main focus will be industry projects but this could include compliance projects which impact numerous FirstRand BUs. + Align project activities with IT governance standards, including proper task logging, documentation, and audit compliance.
