We've got a position available for a test analyst

Purpose of the Position

Ensure the quality and reliability of business-critical systems by performing thorough software testing, with a focus on short-term insurance processes, service provider platforms, and third-party integrations, within a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and user stories to design comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems and platforms
  • Validate third-party integrations and service provider interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies and sprint cycles
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools and methodologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and automation strategies
  • Support release and deployment activities, including post-implementation verification

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
  • Proven experience within the short-term insurance industry
  • Solid understanding of insurance workflows and business processes
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/SCRUM environments
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, SQL, and Azure DevOps
  • ISTQB Certification (Foundation or higher)
  • Relevant IT degree or diploma
