Job Description

Role Summary

Manages defined territory performance by maintaining customer relationships, promoting product sales, and providing responsive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing customer base and develop new leads.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales service.
  • Conduct field visits to promote product solutions to end users and consultants.
  • Generate opportunities from field visits.
  • Meet sales targets and manage call cycles.
  • Report competitor and market activity.
Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years in technical or field sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
Beneficial Requirements
  • Electrical or automation product knowledge.
  • CRM experience.
Work Environment & Compensation
  • Location: Regional Office.
  • Travel Requirements: Daily field travel within region, extensive regional travel 75%.
  • Working Hours: Field-based with office admin and collaboration with engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Compensation Range: In line with relevant industry benchmarks for Paterson grade.
