We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented Tender Graduate Intern to support the coordination, preparation, and submission of sales tenders, RFQs, and RFPs. This role is ideal for a self starter and go getter who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and is eager to gain hands on experience in sales operations and tender management.
You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while maintaining high standards of documentation control and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities Tender Coordination & Execution- Monitor tender portals and to identify new opportunities
- Maintain tender pipelines, trackers, and submission schedules
- Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tenders, RFQs, and RFPs
- Coordinate inputs from Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, and Technical teams
- Manage submission timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Compile, format, and quality check tender documentation
- Ensure all statutory, legal, and company compliance documents are current and submission ready
- Maintain an organised library of standard templates and supporting documents
- Support audits and respond to client clarification requests
- Maintain accurate and up to date sales and tender records
- Respond to internal and external information requests in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve tender processes and workflow efficiency
- A self starter with a proactive, can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and support the team beyond assigned tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
