Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Montana, Pretoria
The Temporary Receptionist will provide front desk and administrative support on a short term basis, ensuring a professional first point of contact and smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve coffee to clients when required
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage the reception area and keep it neat and organized
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and parcels
- Upload and capture new client information onto the company system
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data capturing
- Support staff with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Matric / Grade 12
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Previous receptionist or admin experience (preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to adapt quickly in a new environment
- Good organizational skills
- Confidential and trustworthy
