Job Description

Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Montana, Pretoria

Job Purpose

The Temporary Receptionist will provide front desk and administrative support on a short term basis, ensuring a professional first point of contact and smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Prepare and serve coffee to clients when required
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage the reception area and keep it neat and organized
  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and parcels
  • Upload and capture new client information onto the company system
  • Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data capturing
  • Support staff with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Previous receptionist or admin experience (preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
