Duties:

• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and blended learninginterventions.
  
• Assess learners in line with SETA requirements and provideconstructive feedback.
  
• Support induction, onboarding, refresher, and upskillingprograms.
  
• Coordinate training schedules, maintain records, and prepareaudit-ready
  
• documentation.
  
• Assist with other learning projects and ad-hoc L&Dinitiatives.
  
• Collaborate with teams to identify skills gaps and supportcontinuous improvement.
  

• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in Education, Training,Learning & Development,
  
• Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
  
• SETA-accredited facilitator and assessor (mandatory).
  
• (NVC).
  
• Strong understanding of assessment practices, learningprinciples, and adult education techniques.
