Job Description
Overview 
Main job function
An Experienced Technician with a wide range of knowledge of voice data and security technologies.
Duties- Wireless installation / maintenance
- Network installation / maintenance
- Hardware installation for network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Monitoring performance of local networks
- Documentation of systems and infrastructures
- Assist junior technicians
- Advance knowledge of networking on Miktrotik and Ubiquiti devices
- Strong troubleshooting ability and results focused approach
- Strong VOIP knowledge
- Strong CCTV knowledge
- Valid Drivers License
- Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Bilingual
- Leadership skills
- Miktrotik and Ubiquiti training and experience minimum 2 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of Networking configurations
- No fear of heights (a valid fall arrest certificate will be advantageous)
- Able to work overtime
- Advanced understanding of VOIP phones and PBX Servers
- Advanced understanding of both analogue and digital CCTV cameras
- Hardworking
- Attention to detail
- Able to work fast and accurately
- Responsible
- Good team worker
- Calm personality
- Strong people skills
