GC Solar is seeking a motivated and technically skilled TechnicalSales Representative to join our Cape Town branch, based at East Precinct,Montague Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for drivingtechnical sales across our full product range, focusing on productspecification, new business development, and project implementation forend-user clients in the electrical and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Proactively identify and engage with new clients
Maintain and grow strong relationships withcontractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholders
Technical Sales & Product Specification
Prepare technical proposals, tenders, andquotations
Conduct on-site technical presentations andproduct demos
Represent GC Solar at industry events, expos,and customer meetings
Project & Client Management
Oversee project implementation, ensuring timelydelivery and quality compliance
Ensure technical requirements are met throughaccurate product specification
CRM & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of sales activities inGC Solar's CRM system
Submit regular performance and pipeline reportsto management
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- N4or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a technical sales environment
Proven track record in product specification andproject-based sales
Experience in the South African electrical industryis a strong advantage
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and project managementabilities
Ability to work independently and takeinitiative
Detail-oriented with accurate administrative andreporting habits
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Willingness to travel locally and regionally asrequired
Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
What We Offer
Base salary: R25,000 - R 35,000 /month
Commission based on performance
