Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Ensure that the skills, competencies, proficiencies, technical processes and service levels of technicians are continually assessed and technicians identified as being sub standard are provided with on site and on the job training, together with an efficient mentoring programme.
- Ensure that the Regional Technical Support Specialist act as leaders, on the job trainers and mentors for the technicians in the operations team throughout the organization.
- Ensure warrant guide lines are complied with by the operations team throughout the organization.
- Ensure machine quality is improved throughout the group by developing and implementing standard operating procedures and machine quality standards.
- Grade 12/N3
- Trade qualification as Millwright, Auto Electrician or Red Seal Qualified as a Technician.
- Management Qualification (preferred)
- 10 years' experience in Training and Quality, Workshop and Technical Staff Management.
- Problem solving experience.
