Mission of the role:
Join us as a Technical Manager. You will oversee all technical operations across production and repair, ensuring efficient team performance, timely project delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Act as the facility's technical authority, linking technical teams with senior leadership and collaborating with design, quality, and supply chain departments.
Your Mission:- Lead and develop a technical team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage production and repair projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource use.
- Provide technical guidance and oversee testing, production, and assembly processes.
- Improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and maintain clear documentation.
- Collaborate across departments to align technical activities with business goals.
- Prepare reports on performance, repairs, and KPIs while maintaining accurate records.
- Act as the main client liaison, coordinating repairs and communicating progress.
- BTech or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering Technology (or related field).
- Additional certifications or specialized electronics training advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment.
- Strong background working with PCBs, control systems, instrumentation, and communication devices.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
