Job Description

General Administrator
The General Administrator provides centralised administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the Sales and Marketing Department. The role focuses on ensuring accurate record keeping, managing dealer and key account documentation, supporting channel reporting, and assisting senior management with administrative continuity. This role does not involve commercial decision-making or direct customer management but is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and control within the department.

Requirements
  • Matric
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • Exposure to sales operations, dealer environments, or commercial administration
  • Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple trackers, document registers, and data collations
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general document management
  • Confident in coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders

Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager will drive growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with large national fleet operators. Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management within the commercial vehicle, fleet, or logistics sector.
  • Proven ability to build C suite relationships and negotiate large scale deals.
  • Strong understanding of dealer based networks and South African market dynamics.
  • Valid Code 8 driver's licence.

We are seeking a detail driven Time & Labour Data Controller to manage and maintain accurate labour, timekeeping, and cost related data within a structured project environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy across engineering and project control teams.

  • Strong numerical aptitude and data accuracy (bookkeeping, creditors, or debtors experience advantageous)
