Tech Talent Partner
Job Description
Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)
As a Tech Talent Partner, you'll join a global financial services organisation on a 6 month contract, supporting a high impact technology recruitment project. This role is focused on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and building strong pipelines of top tier technical talent across multiple disciplines.
You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders to identify, engage, and deliver high quality candidates in a fast paced, US aligned recruitment environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Source and identify high quality technology talent across multiple skill sets and markets
- Provide dedicated sourcing support to Talent Acquisition teams across technical hiring requirements
- Conduct proactive headhunting and detailed market mapping for hard to fill roles
- Build and maintain strong, long term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to support end to end delivery
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including direct search, research, and talent intelligence tools
- Track and maintain accurate records of sourcing activity and candidate engagement
- Engage passive candidates and drive initial interest in key technical opportunities
- Strong experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Researcher, or Technical Talent Partner
- Proven ability to source passive technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience supporting recruitment teams in fast paced, high volume environments
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, data, and cloud
- Excellent research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
- Comfortable working US hours
- A proactive, delivery focused mindset with strong attention to detail
