Job Description
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Recruitment Sourcer you will be responsible for specialized technical roles, uncovering rare talent, mapping complex technical markets, and enabling hiring teams to connect with the right experts at the right moment. They operate where deep technical research, targeted engagement, and strategic talent intelligence converge.
Purpose of the roleSupport customer service at point of sale while ensuring a world-class shopping experience. Record customer transactions on the Dis-Chem operating system according to company policies & standard operating procedures, with zero tolerance toward inaccuracies & elimination of fraud risk.
Essential- Grade 12 / Matric
- A minimum 5 Years working experience in a Recruitment working environment
- Identify, engage, and nurture talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, groups, professional associations, and niche communities.
- Conduct advanced Boolean searches, market-mapping, and talent-pool analytics to uncover both active and passive candidates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor talent movements.
- Build and maintain diverse pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles.
- Cultivate long term relationships with top tier passive candidates.
- Track candidate interest, availability, and engagement to ensure pipelines remain warm and conversion ready.
- Intake new roles by clarifying must have vs. nice to have criteria, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and data driven recommendations to recruiters and hiring partners.
- Collaborate closely to ensure alignment on candidate quality, prioritization, and messaging.
- Craft compelling outreach that reflects employer value proposition and role specific narratives.
- Personalize messages using insights about candidate background, motivations, and market context.
- Ensure every outreach reflects brand voice, DEI principles, and a positive candidate experience.
- Provide insights on labor supply, compensation trends, competitor hiring behavior, and market shifts.
- Track sourcing performance metrics (response rate, conversion rate, pipeline quality, etc.) and distil them into actionable insights.
- Use data to recommend alternative sourcing strategies, new channels, or refined role requirements.
- Recruitment Experience, Technical IT Recruitment Experience
- Ability to have a clear vision about what needs to be achieved.

- MIE, no criminal record, and clear credit rating
