Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Talent & Workforce Transformation Manager to design and enable a high-performance, future-ready workforce aligned to our digital expansion, network growth, and innovation agenda.
The main purpose is to build the organisation's long-term capability architecture by accelerating leadership pipelines, embedding modern performance frameworks, advancing workforce equity, and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice within the ICT and network sector.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a future-focused workforce capability strategy aligned to digital and network growth.
- Lead enterprise-wide skills mapping and implement skills-based workforce frameworks.
- Design build / buy / borrow strategies for scarce ICT and technical talent.
- Establish robust succession pipelines and accelerate high-potential leadership development.
- Embed agile performance frameworks (OKRs or equivalent) to drive accountability and productivity.
- Design a digital-first learning ecosystem aligned to future capability needs.
- Drive Employment Equity, B-BBEE Skills Development, and inclusive workforce transformation.
- Develop predictive talent dashboards and provide workforce insights to EXCO.
- Strengthen employer brand, EVP, and technical talent retention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Matric / Grade 12
- Postgraduate qualification in OD, Strategy, or Business (preferred).
- 10+ years progressive HR experience.
- Experience within ICT, telecoms, digital, or technology-driven environments.
- Performance system design (OKR exposure advantageous)
- Demonstrated success in succession planning, capability build, and transformation.
- Experience presenting to EXCO and Board-level forums.
