About the Role

We're looking for a confident and capable Talent Delivery Consultant to support our delivery across the UAE and wider Middle East region. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier tech professionals from around the world, helping them understand the opportunities and lifestyle of relocating or working in the Middle East.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivery, understands the nuances of tech recruitment, and enjoys working with a smart, straightforward, and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Talent Delivery Manager and Founder on client briefings and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, engage, and qualify candidates for technology roles across the UAE and the Middle East.
  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, including preparing them for interviews and helping them understand the opportunity and cultural move to the Middle East.
  • Manage international recruitment complexities, including relocation considerations and regional compliance.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network across global tech hubs.

  • Strong background in technology recruitment (1-5 years of experience, agency or in house).
  • Ability to communicate confidently with technical professionals and "break the barrier" in conversations with engineers, developers, and tech specialists.
  • Experience in recruiting across multiple regions and understanding international mobility challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - articulate, empathetic, and persuasive.
  • Self driven, mature, and capable of managing time effectively without micromanagement.
Who You Are
  • A natural recruiter who knows how to find and engage talent others can't.
  • Someone confident, taking a brief and running with it - resourceful and proactive.
  • Professional, yet easygoing - you can handle direct, honest communication with a bit of humor and sarcasm.
  • Passionate about delivery and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Tech savvy and adaptable, comfortable using modern sourcing tools and platforms.
Why Join
  • Work remotely while supporting one of the most dynamic recruitment markets in the world.
  • Partner directly with experienced leaders who value autonomy, quality, and authenticity.
  • Be part of a team that values delivery, efficiency, and good energy over corporate red tape.
