Duties & Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, skilled, and management roles.
- Build and manage national talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles.
- Coach and guide a team of Talent & Resourcing Specialists and Recruiters.
- Ensure compliance with screening, vetting, and Tsebo HR governance.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver data-driven insights.
- Enhance candidate experience and uphold the Tsebo employer brand.
- Advanced experience with digital recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
- Strong understanding of EE legislation, vetting, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment teams across multiple regions.
- Strong capability in high-volume, operational and frontline recruitment.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and workforce planning skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and manage competing priorities.
- High integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making ability.
- Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or an equivalent HR-related field
- 5-7 years' experience in recruitment or talent resourcing within a large or complex organisation
- 3-5 years' experience in a recruitment management role
- Experience managing high-volume, operational or frontline recruitment environments
- Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams, including multi-region teams
