Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, skilled, and management roles.
  • Build and manage national talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles.
  • Coach and guide a team of Talent & Resourcing Specialists and Recruiters.
  • Ensure compliance with screening, vetting, and Tsebo HR governance.
  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Enhance candidate experience and uphold the Tsebo employer brand.
Skills and Competencies
  • Advanced experience with digital recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
  • Strong understanding of EE legislation, vetting, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong capability in high-volume, operational and frontline recruitment.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and workforce planning skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and manage competing priorities.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making ability.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or an equivalent HR-related field
  • 5-7 years' experience in recruitment or talent resourcing within a large or complex organisation
  • 3-5 years' experience in a recruitment management role
  • Experience managing high-volume, operational or frontline recruitment environments
  • Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams, including multi-region teams
