Talent Acquisition Lead (CPT)

What you will be doing- Design and implement a robust strategy across all operating countries to identify and attract exceptional entrepreneurial and technical talent that meets the eligibility criteria.
- Spearhead proactive headhunting and data driven recruitment campaigns, leveraging strategic networks and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Build and maintain a system to monitor the talent pipeline, analyse candidate quality, and use data analytics to continuously refine recruitment and improve application quality.
- Initiate and manage high value collaborations with governments, ecosystems, investors, and other stakeholders to position the client as a premier launchpad.
- Coordinate the scouting team, set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability. Lead the process of building deep relationships with potential founders and managing their journey through application and selection.
- Ensure the effective execution of the entire selection process (planning, execution, reporting), including contracting service providers and maintaining compliance.
- Provide timely, analytical recruitment reports and actionable insights. Collaborate on selection data analysis to recommend improvements and support the design of rigorous assessment tools.
- Effectively track and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and dashboards. Refine automated candidate communications with the technical team.
- Represent the client at local, regional, and international events to build brand awareness and strengthen its positioning.
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal (Business Studies, Business Administration, International Business, etc.)
- 5+ years experience in founders sourcing, startup scouting, or recruitment for entrepreneurship development programs.
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship ecosystems, cross country recruitment, and proven ability to build partnerships for pipeline development and manage stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams on founders scouting initiatives and experience in data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Asana, etc.).
- Strong skills in proactivity/super self management, adaptability/resilience, communication, team collaboration, planning/organisation, attention to detail, leadership/ stakeholder management, results driven problem solving, and program management.
