The Tactical Buyer prepares and follows up on RFQ/RFP for spot buys (within thresholds).

The Tactical Buyer supports he Category Lead Buyer in implementing the category sourcing strategy by providing support in (part of the cross functional team):

• Seeking opportunities for synergies and improved used ofGIS Supplieragreements
• Involved in the preparationof thecontract negotiations
• Liaise with other departments and internal stakeholders
• Issue management (e.g.complainthandling)
• Follow-up on Master data issues /questions
• Communicationof contractsto stakeholdersof their respectivePrograms
• Follow-up on supplier performance and defined supplier improvement actions
• Capture lessons learned & continuous improvement opportunities

• Bachelor degree preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement and International Sourcing.
• Min 5 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain/Procurement/Customer Service environment

• Goodprocurement & sourcingknowledge
• Understanding basic legal and contractual principles relevant topurchasing.
• UnderstandingTCO principles when comparing supplier offers.
• Can-do-attitude and willingness to learn to fill the gaps
• Stress-resistant
• Advanced computer skills : ERP system (SAP, Dynamics) (is a plus)
