Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proven SupportAdministrator to join our Operations team and contribute to success acrossfunctions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role is responsible formaintaining and updating systems, providing operational support, and serving asa key liaison with both sub-contractors and customers.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Oversee all data preparation, input andcollection for the project
- Support and train customers to utilize Ontecsystems and products, including monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting,and repair.
- Actively participating in solution design,testing, and training.
- Get involved to deliver on contractualdeliverables and outcomes
- Assist with defining system hardware and softwarespecifications and configurations.
- Design, implement, upgrade, test, andtroubleshoot solutions, systems, and applications at Ontec and customerlocations.
- Define and maintain system standards,reliability, and performance requirements for Ontec production operations.
- Recommend hardware and software solutions,including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- Administer and train customers to administerproduction systems and applications, and document configurations andprocedures.
- Maintain data integrity and file system securityfor the customer environments.
- Work with internal and external customers,vendors, and other support technicians to determine and implementadjustments to achieve optimum system performance.
- Document, report, and track problems toappropriate vendors, sub-contractors, or departments.
KeyRequirements:
- Relevant qualification will be considered.
- Knowledge of a variety of different tasks in asystem of operations, together with the need to vary the tasks accordingto the changing demands of the job.
- Previous experience with electricity vending andreading systems will be beneficial.
