About the opportunity In this Supply Chain role, you take ownership of global returns processes across affiliates, warehouses, and suppliers. You manage end to end return activities in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth stock movements, and timely completion of credit processes. You collaborate closely with warehouse teams and cross functional partners worldwide to keep materials flowing efficiently and to maintain high operational accuracy. This is an onsite based role in our QIAGEN Johannesburg office. Your tasks include Handling global returns from Affiliates and Warehouses to Suppliers. Processing return cases in Salesforce and managing return activities in SAP (creating and managing orders, generating credit notes, creating ASNs, booking/receiving goods, stock movements). Managing proforma invoices and decontamination documentation. Overseeing refurbishment calculations and related invoicing. Handling scrapping processes and supporting stock status accuracy. Preparing and maintaining return related reports. Cooperating with internal teams across regions to ensure smooth and compliant workflows. Your profile You bring very good command of English ( min. B2 ) to communicate effectively with global stakeholders. You ideally have a background in logistics, foreign trade, or economics. You work confidently with Microsoft Office tools. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a strong asset. Experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or returns handling is beneficial.
