Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (Intermediate)
Location: Isando / Edenvale
Contract Type: 3-Month Contract (Potential to go Permanent)
Salary: R40,000 - R60,000 per month

An opportunity has become available for a hands on and operationally focused Supply Chain Manager within a well established organisation in the earthmoving and mining sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day supply chain and procurement activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier performance, and seamless logistics coordination.

This role requires an individual who can step into a fast paced environment and add immediate value through strong execution and problem solving capabilities.

• Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements
• Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and stock control
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure delivery timelines are metIdentify cost saving opportunities and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with operational requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain / Procurement
• Experience within mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Experience with logistics, inventory, and procurement processes
• Ability to work in a fast paced, operational environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Results driven with a focus on operational efficiency

• This is a contract role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs
• Candidates must be available to start within a short timeframe
• Client preference for candidates aligned to long term growth within the business
