Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support a UK-based employer in managing logistics, procurement, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support supply chain activities including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and stock management
- Handle logistics scheduling, delivery tracking, and shipment documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier data, and procurement activity
- Use relevant tools such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and Excel
- Support the wider team with demand forecasting, supplier performance reviews, and cost analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple supply chain tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
Salary: R32,000/month 100% Remote
