We have an exciting opportunity for a Superintendent at Stamford American International School (SAIS) to join our fantastic team.

As the Superintendent, you will have the exciting opportunity to inspire greatness each day among our students, faculty, and staff. We seek a candidate eager to articulate, embody and lead our community.

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, Cognita Asia, you will supervise the effective development of SAIS's educational program, increase enrolment and retention, manage finances, and provide inputs on these initiatives. Here, you will build, develop, and lead a team of over 600 highly qualified faculty and staff members. Together, they attend to the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth of over 2,800 students in our care.

As the incoming Superintendent, you will have the unique opportunity to lead SAIS in the next phase of growth. We will embark on our mission to further refine our established programs to continue the next chapter of our Stamford story.

• Experienced in international education and equipped with strong business acumen to balance education outcomes and revenue growth targets without compromising on Stamford's core values.
• Confident and has a passion for championing the vision and values of Stamford as the face of the school.

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 10 years senior leadership experience, ideally within International Education.
